| This module enables the entry of
Clinical information of the Services provided
within the package
(Consultation, History, Physical Checkup and
various Investigation offered in the Health
Checkup
Packages). This module is integrated with the
Appointment, OPD Billing and Diagnostic Centers
Management. After the billing of these packages,
the information about the various Departments
tests is
displayed in the concerned diagnostic departments
under the pending lists. After they enter the
results of
these Patients, it is automatically displayed in
this Module for analysis by the Doctor and
preparation of
Package Summary (Case Sheet). No separate
Diagnostic Centres reports are given to the
Patient. All
diagnostic services results are printed within the
Summary itself. |
