This Module facilitates Computerization of Personnel Department including preparation of Monthly Payroll System requirements. This Module helps to calculate and generate Pay Slips, maintain employees' payroll and personnel data on-line, monitor daily attendance data, control position openings, generate external reports, and prepare payroll and personnel summary reports. Designed specifically for the complex personnel needs of health care networks it supports an unlimited number of Staff, job classifications and employee types throughout an organization.
 
The Module features comprehensive reports of system activity, automatic posting of payroll expenses to the Payroll Journal in General Ledger, and directs payroll deposit This Module has high flexibility to define User-definable Setup Parameters for Grades, Scales, Leave rules, P.F., E.S.I., etc. The System maintains service records, Confidential reports, transfers (Dept to Dept), Increments, promotions, leave utilization, Loans & Advance recoveries, etc. and generates Pay Slip for each Staff. The reports include Service record, Salary Register, Earning and Deductions Statements, Annual Statements, etc. This System allows integration of latest Electronic Time Attendance Systems with Magnetic Slot Reader or Bar Code Reader, where every staff is issued an identification card (Magnetic or Bar Coded) with unique Badge number. The in-coming and out-going timings of each staff is recorded for analysis and Attendance calculation in Payroll system.
