Patient Registration Module maintains outpatient information and provides interfaces with Appointments, Doctors Clinics and Out Patient Billing & Cash Collection Modules, Pharmacy. Every Patient is given a Unique Hospital Registration Number for identifying various services offered by the Hospital including hospitalization details throughout his Life.

A Registration Card can be generated on a pre-printed Computer blank stationery of the Hospital and given to the Patient for bringing the same whenever he/she visits hospital.

A receipt is printed for collection of Registration Fees. All facilities utilized by a patient is maintained by this unique Registration Number of the Patient. If a patient forgets to bring the Registration Card, enquiry facility will enable to identify Registration Number for any registered Patient, by entering the name of the patient partly or fully or telephone number or address, etc. as well as with combination of different criteria's.

A Register is maintained for all relevant details entered at the time of registration. This will also facilitate Monthly analysis of O.P.D. Consultation services for new / repeat Patients.
